Areas of Practice
Mr. Levy's practice involves a variety of transactional business matters, including the formation, operation and dissolution of corporations, partnerships and limited liability companies on behalf of the firm's clients. Mr. Levy advises the firm’s clients on a wide variety of business matters and negotiates and drafts all types of business contracts, including management and operating agreements, acquisition agreements, security agreements, employment agreements, lease agreements, license agreements and co-tenancy agreements.
Mr. Levy performs a substantial amount of real estate services, including representation of both buyers and sellers of raw land and commercial and industrial real property. His work includes drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, loan agreements and related contracts, as well as due diligence and title matters. Mr. Levy also handles real estate development, entitlement and land use matters on behalf of developers and owners of real estate. His work includes the negotiation and preparation of real property leases and subleases, co-tenancy agreements, development agreements with governmental agencies, acquisition and disposition of environmental mitigation land and various types of agreements between property owners, including improvement, reimbursement, cooperation, easement and license agreements.
Mr. Levy also engages in estate planning work on behalf of the firm's clients. Such work includes drafting wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts and durable powers of attorney.
